Actions are used in Tasks and in Reports to perform specific operations (depending on the type of action).

Every type of action has the following properties:

Name	Description
Has Custom Color	Determines whether the action has a custom text color in which it shall be displayed in the Task editor.
Custom Color	The custom text color in which to display the action in the Task editor.
Has Custom Caption	Determines whether the action has a custom caption to display in the Task editor.
Custom Caption	The custom caption to display in the Task editor. By default, the caption is displayed in bold. You can, however, specify your own HTML tags to make text portions bold or italic (e.g. the custom caption MY CUSTOM CAPTION will lead to the text to be displayed in bold; the custom caption <b>MY</b> <i>CUSTOM</i> CAPTION will lead to the word MY to be displayed in bold, the word CUSTOM to be displayed with italics, and the word CAPTION to be displayed normally).
