General
Elements can be used to add content to a Template when a report document is created from the report.
Example: If you want to add the data of a table from a Datasource to a report document, you can use a Table Element and reference it within the Template.
Element Types
HTML Reports support the following element types:
Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Condition Element | This type of element can be used to only include the portion of a Template in the report document based on a condition. |
| Table Element | This type of element can be used to insert a table extracted from a Datasource object into the report document. |
NOTE
Every row of a Template can only reference a single element. If the row references an element, no content except for the reference to the element is allowed in the row.
