# Version 3.6.3

### Overview

Version 3.6 builds on all the features of version [3.5](https://help.mail-and-deploy.com/release35/docs/overview) but adds a new licensing system and a new Power BI datasource.

IMPORTANT

Before upgrading to version 3.6 please make sure you have [contacted us](https://community.mail-and-deploy.com/portal/en/signin) for a new license which you will need to install to enable the datasources.

### Bug Fixes

- Updated image support for Qlik Sense Tables, Straight Tables and Pivot Tables to consider the Keep original property.
- Fixed an issue when using the Compress to ZIP Files option in the Backup settings.
- Fixed an issue when importing a PowerPoint template that has the advanced option *Do not compress images in file* not enabled.
- Fixed an issue when grouping objects in a PowerPoint Report and the tags are not evaluated.
- Fixed an issue when the server running Mail & Deploy has the regional setting German (Austria) and filtering dual fields with numbers containing a decimal point.
- Fixed an issue that caused an error when exporting tables with cells that contained text surrounded by double brackets, for example, {{ text }} . This fix works for Excel and Word reports.

### Improvements

- Added the expression LimitText. For more information, see [LimitText](/docs/limittext).
- Added enhanced messaging when Designer Launcher throws exceptions.

### Known Issues

- If upgrading to this version for a version below 3.5x, the Datasources that were defined to use Custom Windows Account are set to Service Account after the upgrade. Please set it back to Custom Windows Account manually.
- There is a timeout with the Vizlib Pivot Table as Chart element when using it together with Qlik Sense November 2023 Patch 2 and higher and having more than 10 Vizlib charts in the same report.
- Need to manually restart Mail & Deploy if you set a custom callback URL for the Azure AD User Directory.
- M&D doesn't support html code in the Vizlib Pivot and Vizlib Table headers. It does support html code in the data values.
- The filters are not enforced when using the action Activate Datasource Book, which apply filters, and Filter Datasource Field. To enforce the filters, use only the action Filter Datasource Field.
