General
This type of action can be used to save a reduced Datasource to the file system. The saved file will then only contain the data that is currently filtered within the datasource.
NOTE
This type of action is not available in the SaaS version of Mail & Deploy.
Example: Let's suppose you have a QlikView Datasource that contains data for three years: 2019, 2020, and 2021. If you filter the datasource to only the year 2020 using a Filter Datasource Field Action and then use this action, the saved file will only contain the data for 2020.
NOTE
Saving a reduced Datasource is only available for datasources that support to be reduced and saved to the file system.
Properties
This type of action has the following properties:
Name | Description |

| Datasource | The Datasource to be saved to the file system. |
| File Path | An Expression that evaluates to a string that contains a local or UNC file path to save the Datasource to. |

This action is only compatible with the following types of Datasources:
- Local QlikView Document Datasources
