The following properties are available: | Name | Description | | --- | --- | | Name | The name of the report. | | Document Title | An [Expression](/release36/docs/introduction-to-mail-and-deploy-expressions) that evaluates to a string the represents the title to be assigned to report documents created from the report. If you leave this property empty, the *Name* of the report will be used as the title of report documents created from the report. The document title should be a short description of the report document (e.g. *Monthly Report 2020/01 for David Laychak*); the document title will for instance be used in the [Library](/release36/docs/library) of the [Hub](/release36/docs/introduction-to-mail-and-deploy-hub). | | Template Name(s) | An [Expression](/release36/docs/introduction-to-mail-and-deploy-expressions) that returns a [String](/release36/docs/string) or a [List](/release36/docs/list) of strings representing the names of all [Templates](/release36/docs/templates-5) to be used when creating a report document from the report. If the report only has one template, you can leave this property empty, because in that case Mail & Deploy will always use that one template to create a report document. | | Condition | An optional condition [Expression](/release36/docs/introduction-to-mail-and-deploy-expressions); if it returns True or 1 the condition is considered to be fulfilled and a report document will be created. If it returns something other than True or 1 the creation of the report document will be cancelled. If you leave this property empty, the condition is considered to be always fulfilled. The condition expression is evaluated after the preparation [Actions](/release36/docs/introduction-to-actions) of the report have been executed. | | Preparation Actions | A list of [Actions](/release36/docs/introduction-to-actions) that will be executed before the report document creation starts; preparation actions can for instance be used to filter a [Datasource](/release36/docs/introduction-to-datasources). | | Document Tags | A list of optional [Expressions](/release36/docs/introduction-to-mail-and-deploy-expressions) where each expression returns a [String](/release36/docs/string) that represents a tag that will be assigned to report documents created from the report. Tags can be searched when filtering report documents in the [Hub Library](/release36/docs/library). |
